# Plans and billing

> Your free trial, choosing a plan, paying with Paystack, and what happens if a plan ends.

Open **Settings → Billing** to see your plan, what your company uses against it, and the plans to choose from. Only the owner can change the plan.

## Free trial

Every new company gets 14 days free with one station. Nothing to pay and no card needed; everything you enter is kept when you choose a plan.

## Choosing a plan

Archived stations don't count towards a plan's stations, so archiving one that has closed frees its place. See [Archive a station that closes](/getting-started/set-up-a-station#archive-a-station-that-closes).

Choose **Choose Station** or **Choose Network** and you go to Paystack's secure checkout: pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. When you come back, Gasos confirms the payment with Paystack, usually within seconds, and your plan switches on.

To change the card or cancel, choose **Change card or cancel**. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

## Add-ons

Add-ons work on any plan. An owner or admin starts each one from **Apps** with a 14-day free trial, once per company.

To keep one, choose **Buy** on **Apps** and pick **1, 3, 6 or 12 months**. Paying for 6 months includes one free, and 12 months includes two. For Mart POS and Gas, also choose the stations. You pay on Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD, and come back to Apps when it's done.

* **During the trial:** the paid months start when the trial ends, so you don't lose any trial days.
* **Renewing:** **Renew** adds months after the current end date. Owners and admins get an email a week before, and again the day before, it runs out.
* **More stations (Mart POS and Gas):** **Add stations** charges each new station for the days left in your paid period, then it renews with the rest.
* **If it runs out:** the app switches off, and everything recorded in it is kept. Buy it again to pick up where you left off.

## If a plan ends

After your trial or a paid month ends without payment, you have 7 days of grace: everything works and a banner reminds you. After that the company is read-only: today's open sheet can still be finished and submitted, all history stays readable and reports still run, but no new trading day opens until a plan is chosen.
